Kelli Tucker is a founding partner of Trident Revenue Management. She specializes in Optometry CPT and ICD-10 Coding, Claims Submission including Coordination of Benefits and Vision Claims, and Payment Posting.
Kelli began her career in 2005 at a large combination Ophthalmology/Optometry practice before becoming a Certified Ophthalmic Technician and NCLE Contact Lens Examiner. She then began to focus solely on Optometry because she better appreciated the personal connection with the patients. She was promoted to Technician Supervisor, Office Manager, and Billing Manager before co-founding Trident.
When she is not working hard for her clients’ practices, she can be found spending time with her husband, daughters, and grandson. She enjoys writing, gardening, traveling, and spending warm days on the Chesapeake Bay.

Jennifer Murray is a founding partner of Trident Revenue Management. She specializes in Provider Enrollment and Credentialing, Payer Contracting & Negotiations, and Insurance Verification & Eligibility.
Jen began her career in Optometry in 1998, and became an ABO Certified Optician. Since then, she has excelled as an optical saleswoman and frame buyer before moving on to over 20 years in practice management. Jen is an astute leader that manages multi million dollar practices and has ushered in strong periods of growth and increased profitability.
When Jen is not pouring over the numbers for her clients, she can be found spending timing with her creative and artistic family. She enjoys trips to the Berkshires, dinner with friends, and the community of her sleepy beach town.
