Experience
At Trident Revenue Management we have over 40 years of combined experience in Optometry/Ophthalmology. Kelli began as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician and NCLE Certified Contact Lens Examiner, and Jen; an ABO Certified Optician. We have held numerous positions within large practices and understand the unique challenges of each of the vital roles from reception to practice management.
This has given us great insight and the ability to understand billing in depth and from many different angles. We love the field, the patients, and our ODs, and we have dedicated our lives to them. We strive to make your life easier, by minimizing mistakes, and keeping your revenue cycle to the shortest possible time frame.
